Dua for Protection From Evil Eye:
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said about evil eye in a hadith –
“The evil eye is real and if anything were to overtake the divine decree, it would be the evil eye. When you are asked to take a bath from the influence of the evil eye, you should take a bath.” [Muslim, Ahmad]

أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لاَمَّةٍ
Transliteration in english:
Auzu bi Balimati laahit taamaati wa min kulli shaitanin wa hammall, wa min kulli aynen lammah.
Meaning:
The general dua meaning is “I seek refuge for you both in the Perfect Words of Allah, from every devil and every poisonous reptile, and from every evil eye“

Transliteration:
Allāhumma munzila ‘l-kitāb, sarī`a ‘l-ḥisāb, ihzimi ‘l-aḥzāb, Allāhumma-hzimhum wa zalzilhum.
When You Meet Your Enemy:

Transliteration:
Allaahumma ‘innaa naj’aluka fee nuhoorihim wa na’oothu bika min shuroorihim
Protection by Holy Quran:
Along with reciting the previous Duas constantly in morning and evening, it’s highly recommended to recite the following Surah from the Holy Quran as Narrated by Aisha(R.A): The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) ordered me or somebody else to do Ruqya (if there was danger) from an evil eye. (Sahih 5738)
